Praise Production Association Inc. was established in 2000 by Diane T. Bailey. We are a 501(c)(3) site-based non-profit organization. Our programs aim to help children, youth, and adults overcome low literacy rates, provide reading and writing skills, provide a cost-effective learning method for underserved communities, and build self-esteem, self-image, a positive attitude, a desire for excellence, cooperation, and group cohesiveness through our mentoring program and the ability to set goals with a ready-to-work emphasis on improving one's own life.

We successfully achieved our program's goal in the New York City area while maintaining high standards. In March 2017, I retired and relocated to Concord, North Carolina. As a result, we had to discontinue our program in New York. Residing in North Carolina, I have found that there is a great need for our Praise Production Program in the culturally and financially diverse area of Concord, North Carolina, and its surrounding county. My goal is to serve in Cabarrus County and the Charlotte area of North Carolina to help raise student performance in the area of reading and language arts in the classroom as well as on standardized testing.

Praise Production will consist of the following programs:

1. D.O.R.A. Develop Our Reading Abilities:  Phonemic Awareness, The Correct Sounds of the Alphabet, Controlled Blending

2. D.O.M.A. Develop Our Music Abilities: Piano, Vocal and Praise Dance
Artistic training will be available only to students registered in the reading program.
3. The art or skill of writing by hand (penmanship-handwriting/cursive)

Diane Theresa Bailey, CEO and Founder
Praise Production Association Inc.
A dyslexic child struggled with reading and ended up enrolling in special education. The absence of support resulted in diminished self-esteem and feelings of shame. This experience ignited my ambition to assist individuals facing analogous challenges. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education in spite of the challenges I faced as a child. I exemplify that with sufficient support and resources, a learning disability need not impede one's pursuit of life goals. We at PPAI are passionate about enabling people to overcome challenges and achieve success. We often state:
"It's not how you start; it's how you finish."
